360 Mngmt Terms and Conditions:
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below:
1. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your dates and secure the accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. The outstanding balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival (or earlier). On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions which include directions and check-in details.
3. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full including the refundable security deposit.
4. A cleaning fee on the departure date applies to all stays.
5. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum charge of €500 taken from your security deposit.
6. Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Failure to depart on time will result in additional charges. Please inform us if there are significant deviations in your planned arrival or departure times. Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed upon in advance.
7. A security deposit is required (amounts vary per property) to provide security against any malicious damages, inventory discrepancies or excess housekeeping. Subject to satisfactory inspection of the property after departure the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure.
8. Once a home has been confirmed it cannot be changed for another home without financial penalties as per the cancellation policy.
9. All homes are provided with a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies. Guests are then responsible for purchasing/supplying all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
10. Every property is provided with an information manual which may contain both general and specific information relevant to both the property and the surrounding area. Attention should be given to rubbish, parking requirements and community rules.
11. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your stay.
12. Under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on the day of departure.
13. Rubbish/ Trash Removal: Due to the climate, Spain is prone to problems with pests. Therefore, it is important that you don’t leave open food or leftovers, etc. in the kitchen and outdoor areas. Furthermore, it is important that you don’t leave any garbage outside, but get rid of this every day to prevent any issues. The garbage containers are placed on the roads leading to the property.
14. When you leave, it is strictly prohibited to leave garbage anywhere on the property. All garbage should be removed when departing after your holiday. The cleaning company will charge us a minimum of €100 for each incident. This cost will be forwarded to you as the tenant and deducted from your security deposit.
15. Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing by email. Funds paid are non-refundable other than costs for final cleaning, services such as pool heating and the security deposit. A good travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
16. Payment: To secure a booking, we require 30% of the Grand Total within 3 days. The remaining 70% of the Grand Total is due 6 weeks before arrival.
17. Payment by Credit card: If the tenant chooses to pay by credit card a fee of 1,5% applies within the EU. A fee of 2,9% applies for all credit cards outside of the EU. As these fees are not taken automatically, they will be deducted from the security deposit.

19. Passports: According to Spanish regulations, passports from all tenants over the age of 15 must be collected. Please make sure this information has been submitted two weeks before arrival. Doing so greatly helps to guarantee a smooth arrival.
20. Indemnity and Liability: The Tenant is responsible for their own travel/health insurance. Neither the Property Owner or 360 Mngmt S.L. shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the Tenant. If, due to circumstances beyond the Property Owner's control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Property Owner is unable to honour this agreement, the Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the Tenant. The Tenant is responsible for all damages, excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit amount.
